Clare Skelton offers classes and workshops in Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan) and Qigong promoting health and well-being for everyone. Whether in a class or in the workplace, these traditional Chinese health arts will enhance your overall health, vitality and ability to cope with the ups and downs of daily life.

For older students, Tai Ji is the ideal form of exercise. Through practising these the gentle mindful movements, your breathing, relaxation, balance and co-ordination will improve. It is never too late to learn, the work can easily be adapted to suit your individual fitness or health needs.
