Zoom on Monday

Classes restart on Monday 14th September at 4pm.

I’m so pleased this class is re-starting. I’ve missed it, and so has my body!

…looking forward to the classes starting again, they were a lifeline during lockdown.

Thank you so much for your email about your wonderful classes. I am so delighted you are continuing them…

Zoom Classes

Classes on Zoom will restart on Monday 14th September. These classes include basic stretching, relaxing and strengthening exercise as well as the 18 Qigong form.

Neither the Bloomfield Center in Narberth nor Maenclochog Hall is open for classes yet but I hope to restart ‘live’ classes as soon as they are available.

You are welcome to email me for further details.

Autumn Term

August is drawing to a close and thoughts turn to the new term. It is still unclear as to when the Bloomfield or Maenclochog hall will reopen and with what new conditions. I am hoping to return to ‘live’ classes soon as well as continuing to run the Zoom class.

I’ll keep you posted…

Zoom Class

I held my first ‘Zoom’ class yesterday and plan to hold two each week on Monday and Thursday at 4pm.

Email me if you would like to join us. We’ll be exercising and practising Qigong together.

Keep moving, keep stretching and stay strong. Take good care of yourself.

All classes have been suspended until further notice.

This is a difficult time for everyone, but we are blessed in West Wales to be able to get out and about and enjoy the fresh.

Just keep moving, keep stretching, keep practising and stay positive. Remember the principle of Yin and Yang, it will pass.

Very best wishes to everyone, stay well.

This is the time to nurture ourselves, starting a new year with fresh plans and commitments to our health and wellbeing.

All classes begin again this week and new students are welcome to join at any time.

There will be no classes from Wednesday 26th June for a week. I’m off to Austria to see my son. Classes will restart on Thursday July 4th and continue until July 24th before stopping for a summer break.
