Classes on Zoom will restart on Monday 14th September. These classes include basic stretching, relaxing and strengthening exercise as well as the 18 Qigong form.
Neither the Bloomfield Center in Narberth nor Maenclochog Hall is open for classes yet but I hope to restart ‘live’ classes as soon as they are available.
August is drawing to a close and thoughts turn to the new term. It is still unclear as to when the Bloomfield or Maenclochog hall will reopen and with what new conditions. I am hoping to return to ‘live’ classes soon as well as continuing to run the Zoom class.
Christmas is over, it’s time to settle back to the rhythm of daily life, our routines, work and play. Although we can begin to welcome the days lengthening, Spring is a few months away. This is the time to nurture ourselves, starting a new year with fresh plans and commitments to our health and wellbeing.
All classes begin again this week and new students are welcome to join at any time.
We had another lovely Summer School at the weekend in Maenclochog and now classes have stopped for the summer.
Classes in Narberth and Maenclochog will begin again on the 17th, 18th & 19th of September. Email or call me if you would like further details.

still as a mountain, move like a great river.”
There will be no classes from Wednesday 26th June for a week. I’m off to Austria to see my son. Classes will restart on Thursday July 4th and continue until July 24th before stopping for a summer break.
